Metal eyelet punch set for manual press

Our metal eyelets are a very nice accessory to enhance your leather labels, woven labels or hang tags. A metal eyelet makes your Hang tag more stable and adds a new accent. The metal eyelets are suitable for fabric and artificial leather thicknesses up to approx. 3.5 mm and for leather thicknesses up to approx. 2.8 mm. However, this strongly depends on the stiffness of the material. If you are in doubt whether the metal eyelets are suitable for your material, simply contact us or send us a sample. We would be happy to test this for you. Instructions for attaching the metal eyelets can be found here.   To attach the metal eyelets to your product, a special hand press is necessary! You will find these in our sewing accessories under the heading Tools. The Vario pliers from Prym can also be used. Dimensions: Inside diameter: 5 mmOutside diameter: 10 mmHeight: 5 mm Necessary perforation:To fix the eyelet, a hole with a diameter of approx. 5 mm must be present in the material. If you use our leather labels, you can use an appropriate hole in the configuration. For more flexible material (e.g. leather up to approx. 2 mm) you can use the punching pliers with the 4.5 mm hole from our sewing accessories. Our hand press is made of very robust cast iron, weighs about 3,5 kg and is 40 cm high. It is very easy to use, making it ideal for home or commercial use. The hand press can be used for attaching plastic press studs and pins (KamSnaps) and also metal eyelets. To do this, you must order the corresponding stamps. The stamps are not included !!

With our snap fasteners (Kam Snaps) you can easily attach ribbons, ribbons, labels and much more to caps, bags, scarves, trousers,... In addition, the different shapes and colours of the caps add the finishing touch to your garment. Of course, you can also use the pins without attaching anything - simply because they look beautiful.They are very easy to apply and therefore ideal for sewing at home, but also for commercial use. The snap fasteners are suitable for fabric and artificial leather thicknesses up to approx. 2.5 mm and for leather thicknesses up to approx. 2.0 mm. However, this strongly depends on the stiffness of the material, as the material must nestle into the curvature of the cap.
